1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. flour
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Topping:
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Heath Toffee bits
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9-inch square baking pan.
- Stir together confectioner's sugar and flour bowl. Using pastry cutter or fork, cut the cream cheese and butter into the flour mixture until crumbly. Press the dough into the prepared pan, distributing evenly.
- Pour the nuts over and press into the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Whip the cream and sugar together with a hand-held electric mixer until stiff.
- Fold in the toffee bits
- Spread over the base.
- Cut into squares.
- Store in fridge.
